November 9, 2006 - U14 Travel Schedule Up

The U14 Travel Girls team schedule for session one is up. Also, the U14 Premier game at FSA was changed to 9:15 AM so as not to conflict with the U14 Travel game at Oakwood.

November 6, 2006 - Practices and Game Schedules

The Indoor schedules for the FSA teams (U8 Girls Premier Developmental, U10 Girls Premier Developmental, U14 Girls Premier, U16 Boys Premier) are now available on the schedule pages of the corresponding teams. Practice information is also available on those pages. The other team schedules will be updated ASAP.

October 26, 2006 - New Teams

There will be two new teams: U8 Boys and U9 Girls Premier Developmental. The U8 Boys team will be coached by Sean Brierley (sabrierley@earthlink.net) and the U9 Girls Premier Developmental coach will be announced later.

October 22, 2006 - Website Update

I've completely altered the website. The calendars will be changed in format once the indoor season starts. I'll have the stats for each team tallied (wins and losses for the fall outdoor season) and these will be displayed on the Players page of each team.

September 30, 2006 - Monument Cup

Both U14 teams played very well (Team Canada and Team Brazil). Both teams made it to the semifinals. Unfortunately, one team lost one to nothing, and the other team won 6 to 1. We were hoping that both teams would meet in the final game. Team Canada ended up winning the chamionship under the lights. Team Brazil did a great job. Either way, Simmons Soccer still brought home the medal. Congratulations. We will have pictures posted as soon as they come in.

September 11, 2006 - Comments on the weekend games.

This past weekend, the U10 Girls passed brilliantly. The one-two touch pass was textbook quality. Keep it up, girls.

U14 Premier Girls: We had a great game Sunday. You held the ball on the opposing side of the field for the majority of the game. There were many shots on goal. We just need to relax a little bit, and place our shots a little better. We seemed too anxious. Everything done in practice is showing in your game. Keep working hard.

U14 Travel Girls: The majority of the girls that haven't played at this level are getting better and are making a lot of progress with each practice and each game. By the next week or two, I expect all the girls to be connecting with one another on the field. The team is doing good for a first year team.

U-8 Girls: Your footskills are looking fantastic. The girls seem to have the same desire as the U10s to practice hard and play hard.

For scores on games, go to the team schedule pages.

September 7, 2006 - U10 Girls Game

I felt that you girls played a great game against Suffield tonight. Your passing was of great quality. We were raining shots on goal, but unfortunately, we could not find the back of the net. Looking forward to Saturday's game.

August 31, 2006 - Revamping

I'll be updating the website significantly in the next few days. Schedules are available for U10 Girls Premier/Developmental and U14 Girls Premier. Directions to SportsWorld are also available for teams visiting the site. There are pictures of the U10 girls in the 3v3 tournament located on their Team Page.

July 17, 2006 - KICK-IT Tournament in Rhode Island

The U15 boys won all of their games and were the champions. The U13 girls did well for their first time at a 3V3, and ended up in third place.

July 13, 2006 - KICK-IT Tournament in Hartford

The U15 Boys qualified.  The U13 girls did not qualify.  The U12 girls won all of their games and were the champions.

Wow, this kid is fast!
